Packers coach Mike McCarthy says Scott Tolzien will be his starter on Sunday when the Packers host the Vikings at Lambeau Field. At 5-5 the Packers don’t have much room for error if they want to make the post season so this is as close to a must win as possible. Today is an off day for the Packers. The Carolina Panthers edged the New England Patriots 24-20 on Monday Night Football in a game that ended in controversy. Tom Brady threw a pass in the end zone as time expired intended for Rob Gronkowski. It was intercepted. The refs threw a flag for what appeared to be pass interference and then picked it up the flag and said the game was over.
