The Packers will finish up their 1^st round of cuts
today as the league mandates they get down to 75 players.  On Monday GM Ted Thompson released; LB Tavarus Dantzler, T Fabbians Ebbele, LB Josh Francis, DT
Lavon Hooks and T Vince Kowalsk.  That leaves the roster at 83 players.  The final cuts down to their 53 man
roster must be made by 3pm on Saturday.

 

Today is also your last chance to watch the Packers practice
during training camp.  The team will
workout at 12:15pm and then the tarps will go up around their practice facility
for the rest of the season.  Green Bay will wrap up their preseason on Thursday night
when they host New Orleans and then open the
regular season on September 13^th in Chicago.

The Badger football team continues to get ready for Saturday
night’s season opener in North Texas against Alabama. 
The team released their depth chart for the 2015 opener and the banged
up offense line appears healthy.  Hayden
Biegel was out most of camp with a concussion, was listed as the starter at
right tackle. Walker Williams is also penciled in a right guard.  Coverage on Saturday begins at 5pm with the
kickoff at 7pm on KFIZ.

 

The Brewers open up a three game set with Pittsburgh
tonight at Miller
Park.  Coverage begins at 6:35pm with the first
pitch at 7:10pm on KFIZ.
