High School Softball:
WIAA Division 3 Sectional Semifinals:
Laconia 6, Campbellsport 2
–Abby Luczak hits two home runs for Laconia, Kayla Schwebke strikes out 14 batters in the win for the Spartans who advance to a sectional championship game on Thursday vs. Random Lake. Random Lake defeated Kettle Moraine Lutheran 1-0 in the other sectional semifinal on Tuesday.

WIAA Division 2 Regional Semifinals:
Waupun 14, Omro 0 (5 Innings)
Ripon 6, Winneconne 5 (8 Innings)
–Waupun hosts Ripon in a regional championship game this afternoon.
University School of Milwaukee 5, Campbellsport 3
Mayville 11, Kettle Moraine Lutheran 1
–Mayville hosts University School of Milwaukee in a regional championship game this afternoon.

–WLA will host either Lake Country Lutheran or Dominican in a regional championship game on Thursday.

–Cormac Madigan and Jake Beattie each go 2 for 4 at the plate in the win Laconia travels to top seed Markesan for a regional championship game this afternoon.
WIAA Division 4 Regional Semifinals:
Oakfield 4, Hilbert/Stockbridge 3
–Oakfield hosts Living Word Lutheran in a regional championship game at 5pm today.
Girls Soccer:
Poynette/Portage 4, Central Wisconsin Christian 2
Boys Golf:
WIAA Division One Sectionals (Hosted by Grafton HS)
Fond du Lac finishes fifth with a 334. Elliott Nielsen and Jack DuChateau each shoot an 81 to finish in a tie for 12th.
WIAA Division Two Sectionals (Hosted by Racine St. Catherine’s HS)
Chilton finishes fourth with a 353. Alex Brandt qualifies for state as an individual, finishing in second place with a 73. Chilton’s Cameron Owens finished tied for 12th with an 88.
Campbellsport’s Layton Stoffel finishes in a tie for 64th with a 110.
WIAA Division Three Sectionals (Hosted by St. Mary’s Springs – At Rolling Meadows Golf Course)
St. Mary’s Springs wins the sectional championship with a 311 to qualify for state as a team. Dawson Sarauer finishes 4th with a 76 to lead the Ledgers. Owen Ahern 5th with a 77, Doyle Kelly 6th with a 78, Ben Hintze 8th (80), Colin Ahern ties for 9th with an 81.
Winnebago Lutheran placed 7th with a 364. Mason Herkstroeter leads the Vikings, finishing 19th with an 86. John O’Connor tied for 24th with an 88.
Central Wisconsin Christian finished 10th with a 382. Jake Thomson tied for 27th with an 89.
Laconia’s Zac Coffeen finished in a tie for 62nd individually with a 106.
Northwoods League (South Division):
Madison 11, Fond du Lac 6
–The Mallards hit three home runs in the win as the Dock Spiders drop their season opener in the capitol city. Dock Spiders first baseman Andrew Bullock went 2 for 5 with a pair of doubles and RBI’s in the loss. Game two of the short series is tonight, first pitch at 6:35 in Madison.

–Jay Bruce batted in the winning run in the bottom of the 12th to lift the Mets to a win over the Brewers in extra innings on Tuesday. Eric Thames went 2 for 4 at the plate with a triple in the loss. Game three of the series is tonight, coverage begins at 5:35 on KFIZ.
