The Brewers snapped a six
game losing streak with a 4-1 win over San Diego
on Tuesday night at Miller
Park
.  Jimmy Nelson gave up just 1 run and three
hits in 6 and two-thirds innings of work to pick up the win. Francisco
Rodriguez pitched the 9th for his 24th save of the
season.  Khris Davis drove in a pair of
runs for The Crew.  The series continues

The Packers take today off
from training camp workouts.  They will
be back on the practice field with 8:20am workouts on Thursday and Friday
before Saturday night’s Family Night Scrimmage. 
Clay Matthews sat out Tuesday’s practice with a sore knee.

 

KFIZ’s 1st NFL
broadcast of the year will be on Sunday night when the Vikings play the
Steelers Sunday night in Canton,
Ohio
for the Hall of Fame
Game.   Former Packers General Manager
Ron Wolf is among those being inducted this weekend.

 

The Houston Texans will be
without All-Pro running back Arian Foster for most of the season.  Foster will have surgery to repair a torn
groin muscle and may be able to return late in the year.
