NFL Delays Helmet Rule Vote

The NFL didn’t vote on a proposed new rule that would call a penalty on an offensive player if he puts his head down and delivers a blow to a defender with the crown of his helmet.  You see running backs do this regularly while trying to get extra yards.  Those in favor of the rule say it promotes safety.
