The Atlanta Falcons slow start may have gotten worse.  Reports says the Pro Bowl wide receiver Julio
Jones may be lost for the season with a foot injury.  The Falcons have started 1-4 on the year.

in their preseason opener 99-87 on Tuesday night.  1st round pick Giannis
Aantetokounmpo played 29 minutes and scored 14 points, had 4 rebounds, 2
assists, 2 steals, 3 blocks and five turnovers. 
Ersan Ilyasova turned his ankle in the loss.  Initial x-rays were negative but he’ll be
re-evaluated today.


Former Milwaukee Braves outfielder and Wisconsin
native Andy Pafko has passed away.  He
was the starting right fielder for the Braves when Hank Aaron was called up to
the Big Leagues.

Maddie Bahr also moved on at #2 singles in Beaver Dam on Tuesday.  The doubles team of Annie Hierl and Keli Cole
also advanced.


Girls Golf
Fond du Lac’s Shania Schibbelhut finished 17th
at the WIAA Girls Golf Sectional at Thornberry in Oneida on Tuesday with a round of 96.  Leah Wilde of Kewaskum/Campbellsport also
fired a 96.
