Valley Football Association:

Kimberly 34, Fond du Lac 31 (Overtime)

--Caleb Frazier’s six-yard touchdown run on the second possession of overtime lifted the Papermakers past the Cardinals Friday night in Kimberly. The two teams traded scores all night - with Fondy holding a 14-7 lead at halftime thanks to two first half touchdown runs from Zavier Ellis. The Papermakers outscored the Cardinals 21-14 in the second half to force overtime - in which the Cardinals were forced to settle for a 23-yard field goal from Justin Scheberl on their first possession. A 14-yard pass to Kyle Hammen on fourth down and five from the 20 yard line kept Kimberly alive, setting up Frazier’s run to win the game.
