WIAA Releases Boys Basketball Playoff Brackets
WIAA Boys Basketball Playoffs – Pairings Announced.
The WIAA has released the brackets for the WIAA boys basketball playoffs which begin a week from Tuesday night. Matchups for area teams are listed below by division.
Division 1:
Fond du Lac earned a #13 seed and will travel to #4 seed Milwaukee King on Friday, March 6th.
Division 3:
Mayville earned a #8 seed and will host #9 seed Omro on March 3rd
Waupun earned a #1 seed and will host either Mayville or Omro on March 6th.
Ripon earned a #5 seed and will host #12 seed Luther Prep on March 3rd.
Lomira earned a #4 seed and will host either Ripon or Luther Prep on March 6th
Laconia earned a #3 seed and will host either Kewaskum or Berlin on March 6th.
North Fond du Lac earned a #12 seed and will travel to #5 seed Kiel on Tuesday, March 3rd.
Campbellsport earned a #7 seed and will host #10 seed Valders on March 3rd.
New Holstein earned a #11 seed and will travel to #6 seed Sturgeon Bay on March 3rd.
Chilton earned a #3 seed and will play the winner of the Sturgeon Bay/New Holstein matchup on March 6th
Division 4:
Winnebago Lutheran earned a #4 seed and will host #13 seed Weyauwega-Fremont on March 3rd
St. Mary’s Springs earned a #11 seed and will travel to #6 seed Crivitz on March 3rd
Division 5:
Oakfield earned a #13 seed and will travel to #4 seed Hilbert on March 3rd.
Central Wisconsin Christian earned a #5 seed and will host #12 seed Juda on March 3rd
