Alyson M. Powers

Alyson “Ali” Marie Powers, age 24, of Studio City, CA, passed
away on Sunday, October 15, 2017. She was born on April 28, 1993 to Bruce and
Julie (Eppli) Powers in Wausau, WI.

Ali went to school at D.C. Everest before graduating in 2011
from Elkhorn High School. She then moved to the Los Angeles area to pursue an
acting and music career. In 2013, she was treated for cancer, and after
discovering there were minimal support groups for young adults with cancer, she
became an avid supporter and promoter of Camp Mak-A-Dream, CancerCon and Stupid
Cancer. She loved helping others and would often do random acts of kindness for
strangers.

Ali will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ali is survived by her parents, Bruce and Julie of Kenosha,
and three sisters Amanda and Ashley of Mosinee and Ariel of Kenosha, one
grandfather Val Eppli of St. Peter, two aunts, eleven cousins and her service
dog, Gabi. She is preceded in death by three grandparents.

All are welcome to attend a graveside service at St. Peter Cemetery
in the Village of St. Peter, Malone, WI on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 11:00
AM, followed by a Celebration of Life gathering at Schmitty’s Oar House on
Winnebago Drive in Fond du Lac. For friends and family attending, dress is
fun/casual (Ali’s favorite color was blue) and children are encouraged to dress
as super heroes. Please bring your favorite photo and/or story of Ali. Unicorn
outfits and onesies are optional.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family for
Ali’s medical expenses or to Camp Mak-A-Dream.

Zacherl Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
