Annalise Lorraine Sampson

Annalise
Lorraine Sampson, age 22 months, has gone to play with angels in Heaven up
above on March 25, 2015.  She was born on
May 17, 2013 to Alexis Lorraine Sampson. 

She is
survived by her mother and step-father, Alexis and Aron Sampson, one
step-sister, Faith Sampson, two step-brothers, Ethan and Bentley Sampson, and
one little brother on the way.  She is
further survived by her grandparents, DuWayne and Debra Sampson, Gary and
Virginia Sampson, one aunt, Shannon Menyfield and numerous cousins.

Annalise was
preceded in death by one uncle, Parker DuWayne Sampson and great grandparents,
Joe Luttenberger, William and Lorraine Kromm, and Clifford and Edna Sampson.

Visitation:  Alexis’ family will welcome their relatives
and friends on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 East
Division St, Fond du Lac, from 4:00 PM until 6:45 PM.

Service: A
memorial service will follow visitation at the funeral home at 7:00 PM.  A balloon release will take place after the
memorial service.

Our hearts are broken because a piece
of us has gone with you.  Love you
forever. We love you and will miss you until
we see each other again.
