Dale Norman Rohlfs

Dale Norman Rohlfs, 61, of Eden died unexpectedly Saturday January 23, 2016 at St. Agnes Hospital, Fond du Lac. He was born in Fond du Lac on November 24, 1954, the son of Norman and Elaine Scherer Rohlfs. He graduated from St. Paul’s Lutheran School in the Town of Forest and Campbellsport High School in 1972. On December 11, 2009, Dale married Ro Rajkovich at the family farmhouse. Dale farmed all his life on the family farm, Century Acres which was established in August 1854, along with driving truck and for the last ten years dispatching at TTI in Eden. He was a member of Dotyville Gun Club, Dotyville Snowmobile Club and Pheasants Forever. Dale was passionate about liars dice, enjoyed shooting in various pool leagues, refurbishing old tractors and going to auctions. He also liked to sell and trade on Craig’s List and online auctions. In the last number of years, Dale and Ro enjoyed going to Winneconne for boatin g and fishing.




 




Dale’s pride and joy was his International combine. He often wished his parents could see how far he has come from cutting hay with his father to cutting and baling a forty acre field in a couple of hours.




 




Survivors include his wife Ro, his sons Derek (Stephanie) and their children Hailey and Hadlee; Jason (Colleen) and their children Logan, Kameron, Deklan and London and his son Xavier; Michael (Crystal) and her daughter Abigail; and Jeff (Lisa) and their children Owen and Adalyn, his step-children Rachel (Matt) Zarter and their children Harper, Everly; Jackie (Jeremy) Off and their children Landon and Kennedy; and Brian (Sarah) Rajkovich and their children Braxton and Mason; honorary grandchildren Nick and Sam Malcolm: his sisters Diane (Tom) Schuette, Barb (John) Thomes and Beth (Steve) Brewer, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.




Dale was preceded in death by his parents Norman and Elaine and his niece Tonie.




 




Funeral services with be held on Saturday, January 30th at 4:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Ave. Fond du Lac. Burial of his cremains will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Town of Forest at a later date.




Visitation will be Saturday January 30th from 11:00 AM until time of services at the funeral home.
