Daniel J. Hamm

Daniel J. Hamm, 58, of Fond
du Lac, died Sunday, February 12, 2017, at Hospice Home of Hope.

 

He was born on May 13, 1958,
in Fond du Lac, a son to Raymond J. and Ruth M. Wuest Hamm.

 

Daniel attended Goodrich High
School.  He had a bachelor’s degree in
“street smarts” and a great sense of humor. 
He worked at Brooke Industries and participated with Special Olympics.

 

He is survived by his mother,
Ruth; his siblings:  David (Kathryn) Hamm
of Fond du Lac, Dorothy (Rick) Correll of Oak Creek, Nancy (Bill) Candlish of
Fond du Lac, John (Gloria) Hamm of Madison, and Diane Schuppe St. Louis of Fond
du Lac; an uncle, Norman Wuest; nieces and nephews; and special friends:  Cindy Winke of Fond du Lac, along with the
staff at Helping Hands and Brooke Industries.

 

He was preceded in death by
his father; his maternal grandparents, William and Margaret Wuest; his paternal
grandparents, Raymond and Goldie Hamm; and aunts and uncles.

 

VISITATION:  The family will greet relatives and friends
from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.            on
Saturday, February 18, 2017, at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 31
East Division Street, Fond du Lac.

 

SERVICE:  A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m.
on Saturday at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory with Rev. Jeff Blain
officiating.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials
appreciated to the family or Hospice Home of Hope.

 

Cremation has taken place and
inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
