Frieda Mary Indermuehle Dauterman Bloedorn,
95, passed away March 9, 2015 at St. Francis Home.
She was born July 23, 1919 in Fond du Lac to the late
Charles H. and Lena (Streit) Indermuehle.
She married Verner C. Dauterman on May 25, 1940 in Fond du Lac. He preceded her in death on January 23,
1968. On September 25, 1982 she married
Charles W. (Carl) Bloedorn, Sr. He
preceded her in death on September 22, 2002.
Frieda graduated from Fond du Lac Senior High School in
1937. She worked at Wells Manufacturing
after graduation and later became a homemaker.
Upon Verner’s death she worked part-time until her marriage to Carl. She was a member of Grace Reformed Church.
Frieda is survived by four daughters; Sandra Horine of Fond
du Lac, Lynda (Thomas) Schmitz of Mt. Calvary, Jeanne (William) Janis of
Lincoln, California, and Debra (Curtis) Heller and their son Andrew of North
Fond du Lac. She is further survived by
her step-children; Charles (Jeanne) Bloedorn, Jr., Jackie (Larry) Secord, and Gary
(Jody) Bloedorn of Fond du Lac, Judy (Terry) Shea of Wooster, Ohio, Brian
(Nancy) Bloedorn of Alexandria, Minnesota, step-daughter in-law Diane Bloedorn
of Fond du Lac, their children and grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister Mary (Robert) Zacherl-Bohlman,
sister-in-law Ruth Dauterman, nieces and nephews, and her dear friends Joan and
Eugene Scheer.
She was preceded in death by her brother Carl (Marcella) Indermuehle,
sister Rose (Earl) Fletcher, son-in-law Alexander Horine, Jr., stepchildren
Craig Bloedorn and Sandra (John) French, sisters and brothers in-law Roland
(Lorene) Dauterman, John Dauterman, Thomas (Jeannette) Dauterman, and Louis
Zacherl, Sr.
A private service for family will be held with burial in
Ledgeview Memorial Park cemetery. In
lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Grace Reformed Church or Lighthouse
Bible Baptist Church of Fond du Lac.
