Harold W. Gudex, 87, of Campbellsport passed away on Monday Feb. 23, 2015 at his home. He was born on Nov. 21, 1927 in the Town of Ashford, the son of Leonard and Ida (nee Schlueter) Gudex. On Jan. 23, 1954, Harold married Lila Mae Wolfgram in Mauston. They farmed together in the Town of Eden and Harold worked at the Gehl Company in West Bend for 25 years. He was an avid bird watcher and enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, word search and reading political newspapers and magazines.

Survivors include his children Mark Gudex of Campbellsport, Daniel (Karen) Gudex of Fond du Lac, Timothy Gudex of Campbellsport, Carolyn (Kenneth) Weber of Plymouth, Martha (Don) Hardy of Eau Claire, Margaret (Julius) Van de Pas of Highlands Ranch, CO, Benjamin (Megan) Gudex of Eau Claire and Elizabeth (Scott) Fleischhacker of West Bend, his grandchildren Nicholas, AngeLea, Nathan, Kayla, Samuel, Lucas, Grace, Thomas, Isabella, Aidan, and Gwen, his brother Arnold (Alice) of Campbellsport, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Lila on Dec. 9, 2013, his son Matthew and his brothers Eugene (Bertha) and David (Hazel).

Funeral services will be held on Sat Feb. 28th at 11:00 AM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport. Rev. Paula Anderson will officiate with burial to follow in Union Cemetery, Campbellsport. Visitation will be Sat. Feb. 28th from 9:00 AM until time of services at the funeral home.

The family extends a special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Agnes Hospital and St. Agnes Hospice Hope for the care and concern shown Harold.
