Jeffrey R. Zwicky

Jeffrey Roger Zwicky, 53, of
Van Dyne, died Saturday, January 14, 2017, at Omro Care Center, after having
Huntington’s disease for several years.

 

He was born on September 24,
1963, in Fond du Lac, a son of Roger L. and VerJean J. Stahmann Zwicky. Jeffrey
was a graduate of Horace Mann High School, North Fond du Lac, Class of
1982. 

 

Jeff was a member of St.
John’s Lutheran Church, Nekimi, where he served as an usher with his dad and
Uncle Lee Zwicky.  Jeff worked on Grandpa
and Grandma Stahmann’s farm until he got Huntington’s disease.

 

He is survived by his mother,
VerJean Zwicky (special friend, Jerry Berwald) of Van Dyne; a sister, Dawn
Barrette, three nieces:  Lindsey (Ben)
Riker of Three Lakes, Kelli (Luke) Snively of Chippewa Falls, and Kristie
(Travis) Blauert of DePere; great nieces and nephew:  Ellery Blauert, Luke Riker, Caeli Riker, and
Sophia Riker; aunts and uncles:   Lanayr
Albrecht, Elaine P. Albrecht, Susie (Harold) Pinno, Dan (Linda) Zwicky, and
Gene (Judy) Zwicky; great aunt, Barbara (Kenneth) Marx; cousins, friends, and
neighbors.

 

He was preceded in death by
his father, Roger; his maternal grandparents, Herman and Irene    Stahmann; his paternal grandparents, Ed Zwicky,
Jenny Zwicky Werner; step-grandfather, Elmer Werner;  aunts and uncles: Richard (Mildred) Zwicky,
Lee (Darlene) Zwicky, Judy Zwicky Hebert, Hilbert (Elaine) Albrecht, and
Raymond Albrecht.

 

VISITATION:  The visitation will be from 11:00 – 2:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 491 Old Oregon
Street Road, Oshkosh.

 

SERVICE:  The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m.
on Wednesday at St. John’s Lutheran Church with Rev. James Reiff officiating.

 

Burial will be in St. John’s
Lutheran Cemetery, Nekimi.

 

The family would like to

Hospice, Lakeland Care District, and Liberty House Assisted Living, Fond du
