Junabelle L. Failor

Junabelle L. Failor, 88, formerly of North Fond du Lac, died Saturday, July 2, 2016, at Hospice Home of Hope.

She was born on November 20, 1927, in Fond du Lac, a daughter of Richard and Louise Roeseler Graham.  She graduated in 1946 from Fond du Senior High School.

On June 28, 1952, she married Edgar “Red” M. Failor at Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac.  He preceded her in death on May 13, 1995.

Junabelle was a lifelong member of Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church.  She worked as a bookkeeper at Woolworth’s Dime Store from 1944-1955.  She also worked at Schreiner’s Restaurant from 1973-1993. 

She is survived by three children:  Andrew (Sharon) Failor of Channahon, Illinois, Gail (Andrew) Carter of Fond du Lac, and Bruce Failor of Phoenix, Arizona; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edgar; a sister, Alice Streeter; and a brother, Robert Graham.

VISITATION:  The visitation will be from 4:00 -7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 31 East Division Street, Fond du Lac.

SERVICE:  The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7, 2016, at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory with Pastor Tom Meyer officiating.

Burial will follow in Avoca Cemetery, Oakfield.
