Lucille Carroll Kaslauskas

Lucille Carroll
Kaslauskas, 88, entered eternal life on August 26, 2015 at the St.
Francis Home
in Fond du Lac, WI where she resided the past 8 years.  She was born on August 1, 1927 to Anton and
Marcella Karalius Kaslauskas, the fourth of six daughters.

Lucille
attended Presentation BVM School,
St. Mary’s Springs High School and graduated from Marian College
with a degree in Education. 

On August
30, 1942 she entered the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Agnes, professed as
Sr. Rosaire and ministered with the sisters until December 27, 1984.  She taught in schools in Fond
du Lac
, WI, Fort
Wayne
, IN, Milwaukee,
WI and Sheboygan,
WI
.  She received her masters from St. Louis University
and began teaching at Marian College where she developed the Early Childhood
Center
.  She received her doctorate in psychology from
Vanderbilt University
and was in private practice in Scottsdale,
AZ
, focusing on troubled
teens.  She was also on staff as a
consultant for Sesame Street.  In 1985 she married Roy Carroll who died in
October 1996.

Until her
battle with Alzheimer’s, she resided in Wickenburg,
AS, where she was an active member of St.
Anthony of Padua Church
She enjoyed her little ranch as well as volunteering at the Ronald
McDonald House. 

She is
survived by three sisters, Leone Goedderz of Fond du Lac, Margaret Wiltrakis of
Wickenburg, AZ
and Anne Jachec of Waukesha
and many nieces and nephews.

Lucille is
preceded in death by her husband, Roy Carroll, her parents, sisters, Frances
Kaslauskas and Bertha Kaufmann (Jack), brothers-in-law, Dr. George Wiltrakis,
Jack Kaufmann and Jerome Goedderz and niece Carol Klose (John).

Cremation
has taken place and a Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September
12, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the St. Francis Home Chapel, Fond du Lac
Visitation will precede the Mass from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM.

Her family
