Nancy Sherlock

 

Nancy Sherlock, 78, of Waupun, died Monday, February 23,
2015.

 

Nancy
was born June 4, 1936 in Waupun the daughter of James and Martha Kok Hopp.  Nancy attended
Waupun schools and graduated from Waupun
High School in 1954.  Following graduation she married Henry
Vossekuil in Waupun.  While she resided
in Waupun, Nancy was a receptionist for 13 years
at Waupun Memorial Hospital.  On November 23, 1973 she married Dr. Harold
G. Adams in Nevada.  The couple resided in Nevada
for a couple of years and then in 1975 moved to Decatur, IL.  In 1982 they moved to Largo,
FL where Nancy was employed as a secretary at a
bank training center in Clearwater,
FL.  Dr. Adams preceded her in death in 1992.  On January 15, 1994 she married Ray Sherlock
in Largo, FL where
they resided until his death in April of 2004. 
Nancy
returned to Waupun in November of 2005.

 

Nancy is survived by two sons:  Tim (Marie) Vossekuil of Randolph, and Mike
(Bobbie) Vossekuil of Waupun; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a
sister, Lori (Jim) Houch of Randolph; two brothers: Dan (Marie) Hopp of Waupun
and Joel (Sheila) Hopp of Fond du Lac; a sister-in-law, Doris Hopp of Waupun;
and many nieces and nephews.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Mike
Hopp; and two husbands.

 

Funeral services for Nancy Sherlock will be held Thursday,
February 26, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun
with Rev. J.D. McCarty officiating. 
Burial will follow at Alto
Cemetery.  Friends and relatives of Nancy Sherlock may
call on the family on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home and on
Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.

 

The family requests memorials be directed to the Multiple
Sclerosis Foundation.
