Sue Ann “Sue” Burg

Sue Ann “Sue” Burg of Fond du Lac, WI age 66,
peacefully departed her life in the comfort and care of her home on November
26, 2015; after a courageous and inspiring battle with breast cancer. She was
born at home on February 5, 1949 to the late Oscar and Esther (Lisowe) Braun.
Sue graduated from New Holstein high school in 1967. She married Gale Burg on
August 17, 1968 at St. Joe Church, St. Joe, WI. 
Sue was a member of St. Peter Parish and Holy Family
Church.

Sue partnered with Gale in their family owned business
of Gale Burg Construction for 32 years. Alongside her precise
“bookwork”, were her strong work ethic, and her attention to detail.
She had a passion for decorating and especially loved Fall, sunflowers, and
Halloween. She found serenity in gardening and her flower gardens were adorned
with her love of fairies, angels, and other trinkets. She enjoyed playing games
with her family and friends, especially Mexican Train. Sue loved and enjoyed
her Grandchildren and finding special things for each one. She was an avid
Packer fan and enjoyed giving greeting cards and blessed pocket angels.

Sue is survived by her best friend, caregiver, and
loving husband, Gale; her children, Jaemy (Troy) Halbach, Jesse (Jessica) Burg,
and Shelly Toney (Edward Kuderski). She is further survived by her
grandchildren, Brady and Marlee Halbach, Sadie and Hudson Burg, Maverick Toney,
and Emmerson Kuderski; Sister, Carole (Frank) Krupp; Brothers, Bill (Linda)
Braun and Terry (Sue) Braun; Brother-in-laws, Jim (Dottie) Burg, Bill (Michelle)
Burg, Bob (Lynne) Burg, and Tony (Denise) Burg; Sister-in-laws, Mary (Jim)
O’Connor, Threse Reinhardt, Jane (Mike) McAbee, Renee (Mark) Leibham, and
Connie (Brian) Swirth; many nieces and nephews, and special friends.

Proceeding her in death are her parents, Oscar and
Esther Braun; Mother and Father-in-law John and Angie Burg; Sister-in-laws,
Joan Griffin, Kris Braun, and Susan Burg; and her beloved dog/companion Hunter
Burg.
