Thomas S. Martin, 66, of Fond
du Lac, died Friday, June 9, 2017, at home.

 

He was born on September 30,
1950, in Fond du Lac, a son of George and Doris Theryl Martin.

 

He is survived by three
siblings:  Cindy (David) McBride of Oak
Creek, Brian (Veronica) Martin of Oshkosh, and Debra (Tom) Thomas of Peoria,
Illinois; two nephews:  Ryan (Kendall)
Martin and Nicholas Martin; and two nieces: 
Stephany McBride and Stacy Martin.

 

He was preceded in death by
his parents.

 

There will be no visitation
or service.  Cremation has taken place.
