Thomas W. Lohmann

Thomas W. Lohmann, 74, of Fond
du Lac, died Monday, April 6, 2015, at home.

 

He was born on October 30,
1940, in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, a son of Lloyd A. and Erna Viesselmann Lohmann.
Thomas graduated from Cedarburg High School, Class of 1959.  He attended Northwestern University.

 

On October 2, 1965, he
married Sharon K. Ramsey in Hobart, Indiana.

 

He worked for Kiekhaefer – Mercury
Marine in Cedarburg until being transferred to the Fond du Lac plant, where he
was a production manager for over 35 years, until his retirement.

 

Tom was a member of Hope
Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac, where he served as an usher.  He enjoyed spending time with his
grandchildren, golfing, bowling, and boating. 
He was also an avid sports fan.

 

He is survived by his wife,
Sharon; two daughters:  Lori (Matthew)
Warmka of Beaver Dam and Anna Lohmann of Fond du Lac; five grandchildren:  Shania, Aiden, Shelby, and Quinn Warmka, all
of Beaver Dam, Emily Klein of North Fond du Lac; a brother-in-law, Peter
Payette of Michigan; a sister-in-law, Sandra Ledyard of Indiana; nieces,
nephews, and other relatives and friends.          

 

He was preceded in death by
his parents; a son, Jeffrey Lohmann; a sister, Karen Payette; and a
brother-in-law, Bill Ledyard.

 

The funeral service will be
held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 10, 2015, at Hope Lutheran Church, 260
Vincent Street, Fond du Lac, with Rev. Steve Huff officiating.

 

The visitation will be on Thursday
from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 31 East Division
Street, Fond du Lac, and on Friday at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of
service.

 

Burial will follow in Rienzi
Cemetery.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials
may be directed to Rienzi Cemetery.
