Violet M. Schwartzkopf

Violet M. Schwartzkopf, 90 of Van Dyne was called to the waiting arms of her Savior on Friday, March 21, 2014 at St. Agnes Hospital. Violet was born in Shawano on September 1, 1923 the daughter of James and Angeline Monroe Ross. On August 16, 1944 Violet married Herbert Schwartxkopf. In Violet’s early years she worked hard on the family farm. Then she and her husband Herbert moved to Fond du Lac and went to work at Mercury Marine for 6 years. Violet later worked at Well’s Manufacturing for 26 years retiring in 1981.She was a member of Divine Savior Lutheran Church, North Fond du Lac. Violet was a loving and caring person who enriched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by all.

SURVIVORS: Violet is survived by her daughter, Shirley (John) Muskevitsch, Van Dyne, one granddaughter Tracey (Rob) Tackett, Van Dyne, one great-grandson, Dylan Tackett, Van Dyne.  Two step grandchildren, Patrick (Patricia) Muskevitsch, Veedsville, LA., and Michael Muskevitsch, Winneconne, two step- great-great-grandchildren, Jamie Sue Nickels, Oshkosh and James (Shanna) Muskevitsch, Oxnard, CA, four step-great-great-great-grandchildren, Kai, Ryla, Kess Nickels all of Oshkosh and Alex Muskevitsch, Oxnard, CA. Violet is further survived by one very special niece Cindy Bonnett, Fond du Lac, and one sister Minnie Rickert, Bowler, WI, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and five brothers, Clarence, Frank “Mike”, Floyd “Pat”, Arthur “Jack” and Walter “Bud”, three sisters Viola Teetzen, Angeline Kolby, Hazel Soravia.

VISITATION: Friends may call on Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 11 AM to 2:00 PM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. Reverend Allen Bramstadt will officiate. Burial will be in Rienzi Cemetery.

Fellowship and potluck to follow the services at Divine Savior Church, 1081 Prospect Avenue, North Fond du Lac. Dish to pass is welcomed and can be dropped off at the church between 10 AM and noon before the service on Saturday.
