Wayne N. Brennan

Wayne N. Brennan, 81, of Fond
du Lac, died Saturday, July 22, 2017, at home.

 

He was born on September 15,
1935, in Fond du Lac, a son of William M. and Viola A. Maloof Brennan.

 

On July 14, 1988, he married
Susan Promen.

 

Wayne worked at Rueping
Leather and Mercury Marine for 31 years. 
He was a remodeler and repairman, always willing to help anyone who
needed repairs.  Wayne was known for his
quick wit and kindness.  He was a member
of Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church.

 

He is survived by his wife,
Sue; children:  Kathy Brennan of
Milwaukee, Karen (Joe) Brennan Todorovich of Milwaukee, Michael (Yasmin)
Brennan of Joshua Tree, California, Thomas (Nancy) Brennan of North Hills,
California, and Joely Magana of Oak Center; a stepson, Brian Promen of Fond du
Lac; grandchildren:  Isabella and Olivia
Brennan, Ammar (Mansoora) Changezi; a great-grandchild, Oyun Changezi; a
sister, Mary Wendels; and nieces and nephews.

 

He was preceded in death by
his parents; a son, Patrick; a sister, Margaret Sperbeck; and a brother, Bill
Brennan.

 

VISITATION:  The family will greet relatives and friends
from 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2017, at Immanuel-Trinity
Lutheran Church, 20 Wisconsin American Drive, Fond du Lac.

 

SERVICE:  A memorial service will be held at noon on Thursday
at church with Rev. Tom Meyer officiating.

 

Cremation has taken place.  Inurnment will be in St. Charles Cemetery.

 

Memorials may be directed to
the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
