2 Arrested In Meth Lab Bust In Green Lake County

Lake County Sheriffs Deputies have shut down a meth lab located in the Village of Marquette. Members of the Central
Wisconsin Drug Task Force and Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation converged
on the suspected lab on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at approximately 10:41a.m., in
the 400 block of E. Second St


An on-going investigation had produced information that led to the discovery of
numerous items used in the production of Methamphetamine including chemicals,
supplies and other drug paraphernalia. Authorities took two males, ages 53 and 26,
both from Marquette,
into custody.  


Green Lake County
was aided by many other agencies including the Division of Criminal Investigation
Clandestine Lab Entry Team, Marquette Fire Department, Markesan Fire Department,
and Southern Green Lake County EMS. The clean-up of the lab, which took several
hours to complete, was finished Tuesday night. The names of the suspects will
be released upon formal charging by the Green Lake County District Attorney’s
Office.
