2 Green Bay Men Arrested In Eldorado Marsh

Two Green Bay men have been arrested by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Department following a pursuit that started in Winnebago County and ended in the Eldorado Marsh.

The call came in shortly before 4 p.m. Friday (3/4/2022) with reports of a vehicle traveling south on I-41 that had been involved in a high-speed pursuit in Winnebago County, and was heading into FDL County.

Deputies located the suspect vehicle near Hwy. N, and attempted a traffic stop, but the vehicle exited at Hwy. OO and then headed west, past Hwy. I and Coyne Rd., where the vehicle then left the road and headed into the Eldorado Marsh.

Through the use of the Fond du Lac County drone team and heat seeking technology, one suspect was located about an hour into the search.

The 2nd suspect, who also appears to have been the driver of the vehicle, was located just before 6:00 p.m.

The pair will be facing numerous charges including first degree recklessly endangering safety, resisting/obstructing, and fleeing among others. The driver of the vehicle will also face charges in Winnebago County.
