74-Year Brown County Man Back In Court. For 18th OWI.

He’s 74-years old. He had a valid drivers license. And he was arrested last Thursday night for his 18^th OWI. Wallace Bowers was in Brown County Court Friday after being involved in a crash the night before. A law that was put in place to put more bite into stronger penalties for drivers who have a 4^th OWI or higher didn’t go into effect until 2018, and by that time Bowers already had 17 OWI’s. Bowers is being held on a $30,000 cash bond and is due back in court January 29^th.
