A Buck To Get Into The FDL County Fair Today

The Fond du Lac County Fair gets underway today at the County Fairgrounds in Fond du Lac. Fair Board President Katie Grinstead says today and Sunday you can get in for a buck. She says most carnival rides are also a dollar. She says in honor of the Fair’s 165th year there will be a Happy Hour from 4:30 to 6 p.m. each day of the Fair. She says to look for participating vendors and if you’re old enough you will get a special price on a beer too. The fair will have 12-ounce beers at its stand for $1.65 during the Happy Hour. Tonight from 7 to 10 p.m. is the Service Motor Company Tractor Pull at the Grandstand. (Fond du Lac County Fair photo).
