A Number Of Local Events Cancel/Postpone Due To COVID-19

A number of big events in the area have postponed as of Friday. A press release from the Eastern Ridge Home Builders said they are postponing the Super Home Extravaganza which was scheduled for March 27-29, 2020. 

According to Board President Theron Beshaw, they are currently working with the venue and other key players to identify options for hosting the event in the next 60-90 days. The Shamrock Shiver Walk/Run Scheduled for tomorrow at Fondy High School has been postponed, and the Noon Optimist Tri Star Basketball Challenge has been canceled. 

Also getting the axe tomorrow is the popular Hops and Props Beer Tasting event held at the EAA grounds in Oshkosh.
