AB-22 Passes, now moves on to Senate

There’s a new bill headed to the state senate.  Representative Jeremy Thiesfeldt’s ‘Fight Human Trafficking – Trucker Education’ bill, passed the full State Assembly on a unanimous voice vote today.  The bill, Assembly Bill 22, will train all new truck drivers in Wisconsin in the signs of human trafficking.  This bill is designed to save the lives of girls and help law enforcement catch the perpetrators. Assembly Bill 22 will give truck drivers the tools and information they need to help on the highways.
