Accident Near Waupun Results In OWI Arrest
A two-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon results in one person being arrested.
The incident occurred just before 3:00 p.m. in the northbound lane of Hwy. 151 at Hickory Dr., in Waupun. A 51-year old male struck the vehicle of 27-year old male, and then traveled through two separate areas of fence line about 100 yards apart.
The male that initiated the accident was cited for OWI 1st offense as well as Hit and Run. There were no details given as to any injuries sustained in the accident.
