Adopt A Family

If you would like to help a local family in need this holiday season, Fond du Lac Big Brothers and Big Sisters is once again running their “Adopt A Family” program.  Kay Vandervort of Big Brothers Big Sisters says an individual person, group or company can choose to take part by purchasing daily essentials and gifts for a selected family.  She says most family adopted have about $50 spent per person so they will work to find one that matches your finances. The deadline to sign up to adopt a family is November 16^th to give you time to buy your items and also take part in Black Friday deals.  Once your family is adopted you have until December 16^th to return your gifts.  Call Big Brothers Big Sisters at 922-8200 for more information or to sign up to take part.
