Agnesian To Offer Vaccines At Regional Clinics

As mass vaccination and retail sites offer more vaccine to the general public, Agnesian HealthCare is transitioning from community vaccine clinics to offering vaccinations at Fond du Lac Regional Clinic locations including:

  • 420 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac, fourth floor (take elevator C)
  • 608 W. Brown Street, Waupun, second floor
  • 845 Parkside Street, Ripon, second floor

Starting Tuesday, July 6, interested individuals can receive their COVID-19 vaccines at clinic locations weekdays from 8:30 am – 4 pm. Anyone interested in receiving a vaccine – whether an Agnesian HealthCare patient or not – can schedule one of four different ways:

  • Online scheduling at agnesian.com/vaccine (18 years and above)
  • By phone at 920-926-8400 weekdays from 7 am – 4:30 pm
  • SSM Health MyChart (18 years and above)
  • Walk-in appointments (12 years and above, Fond du Lac only)

Agnesian HealthCare has been offering vaccination clinics at St. Agnes Hospital on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at Ripon Medical Center on Tuesdays, and at Waupun Memorial Hospital on Thursdays. Since first opening near the start of this year, the sites have given more than 40,000 vaccines.

The change makes it easier for individuals to receive their vaccine in the clinic locations, even as part of their annual wellness or medical visits. Like today, Pfizer will be given at the Fond du Lac location, with Moderna at Ripon and Waupun.

Efforts are underway to expand primary care locations in concert with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS).

Agnesian HealthCare will continue its collaborative efforts with the Fond du Lac County Health Department, as well as those in Dodge and Green Lake counties, to offer community pop-up clinics, especially to reach underserved communities.

Vaccination continues to be the best line of defense against the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have already been vaccinated, encourage your family and friends to make their appointment to receive their COVID-19 vaccine.

As vaccine availability guidelines change through the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), Agnesian HealthCare will monitor and adjust, offering larger mass vaccination clinics if needed.
