Anonymous Donors Pick Up Tab On Free Pizzas For Students
Thanks to the generosity of a few anonymous donors, Fond du Lac School District students and their families will be receiving free Pizza on Thursday. The “Fondy Family Pizza Night” will serve a dual purpose, as the pizzas will be purchased locally from Eaton’s Fresh Pizza, Bob’s Pizza and Philly’s Grocery and Deli.
According the School District, two donors approached the District with the idea to purchase the pizza, with “no dough” or no cost to the District, as the donors would purchase the pizzas and then give away a free pizza to each student during the giveaway. The free pizzas will be given away at each of the seven meal sites operated by the School District. The pizzas are only available during the normal food pickup times, running 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
