Area Sailor Honored

A Kewaskum, Wisconsin native and 2006 graduate of Kewaskum High School, Petty Officer 1st Class Shane Harlacher, earned 2015 Sailor of the Quarter. Petty Officer Harlacher is currently serving with Carrier Strike Group 4 in Norfolk, Va.
