“Auction For Action” Ends Sunday

Local families, and specifically mothers and children, have seen the need for help rise since March. A local group designed to help those women in need, has gone virtual this week with their “Auction for Action”. The Women’s Empowerment Series, part of the Goebel Family Foundation, provides services that help change lives, and channel empowerment. Theresa Menting says the program covers a lot bases “We have classes that range from how to find the narrative of your story, domestic violence, bereavement, mental health, addiction, and just navigating through these times with COVID.” This week, the Auction for Action went viral, and in the first 72 hours, raised over $10,000 in bids just online. The auction continues until Sunday evening so you still have time to go online on bid by clicking on the link: https://auctionforaction2020.ggo.bid/bidding/package-browse
