One lucky lottery player who bought a Badger 5 ticket in Winnebago County for Monday night’s drawing won $140,000. The ticket was purchased at Condon Oil at 163 East Main Street in Omro. Numbers for the drawing were 10, 11, 20, 21 and 23. The winner has 180 days to claim the prize at a lottery office in Madison or Milwaukee.
