Bank Robbery In FDL

On March 15, 2015 at 11:23 A.M. Fond du Lac Police Department officers responded to a report of a bank robbery that had just occurred at the Guaranty Bank, located inside the Pick N Save store at 760 W. Johnson St.

Responding officers were advised that a male subject entered the bank area, presented a note to the teller advising that this was a robbery and to hand over the money.  The suspect implied he had a weapon.   After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect was last seen fleeing out the east entrance of the store.  

The suspect is described as a black male (possibly in his late thirties or early forties) approximately 5’10” tall , muscular build with shoulder length dreadlocks which had been pulled back in a ponytail, wearing a dark colored cap, light colored sweatshirt with a darker colored vest over it and sunglasses.  No one was injured during the incident.  Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to contact the Fond du Lac Police Department at 920-906-5555 or the Crime Alert number at 920-322-3740.
