Bank Robbery In FDL
On March 15, 2015 at 11:23 A.M. Fond du Lac Police Department officers responded to a report of a bank robbery that had just occurred at the Guaranty Bank, located inside the Pick N Save store at 760 W. Johnson St.
Responding officers were advised that a male subject entered the bank area, presented a note to the teller advising that this was a robbery and to hand over the money. The suspect implied he had a weapon. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect was last seen fleeing out the east entrance of the store.
The suspect is described as a black male (possibly in his late thirties or early forties) approximately 5’10” tall , muscular build with shoulder length dreadlocks which had been pulled back in a ponytail, wearing a dark colored cap, light colored sweatshirt with a darker colored vest over it and sunglasses. No one was injured during the incident.
