Barn Fire in the Town of Calumet
A barn
is considered a total loss after a fire Monday night in the Town of
fire departments responded to the fire just before 11:30 pm. The barn, located
at
sustained significant damage and the structure and all of its contents were
destroyed. No one was injured in the fire, although the Sheriff’s Office says a
dog that was inside the barn has not been accounted for and is presumed dead.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
