Brandon Boil Water Advisory
Brandon residents are being asked to boil their water. According to information on the Village’s website there was a water main break Thursday that resulted in a loss of water pressure throughout the Village’s entire water system. Residents are being asked to use commercially bottled water for drinking, food preparation and making ice. If you boil water the water should be heated to a rolling boil for at least one minute before you use it. The advisory will be in effect until tests received back from the state show it’s safe to drink the water again, which will likely be this weekend. For more on the water boil advisory click here.
