Breakfast On The Farm Sunday

The Fond du Lac Area Association of Commerce’s director of agricultural programs says this Sunday’s host farm for the Breakfast on the Farm is a quaint farm. Brenda Gudex says she’s been asked about that quite a few times and she what makes the Dan and Brenda Michels Farm in Lomira unique is they are grooming their son and daughters to take over the farm some day. Of course the usual hardy breakfast will be offered and if you like cheese their will be a variety of it available. There will also be tours of the farm, live music, the kiddie pedal tractor pull, antique farm equipment on display and much more. She says from Fond du Lac take I-41 south to Highway 49 exit and start looking for the signs when you get there. Shuttle bus service will be available from Equity Livestock Sales or you can park at the farm. Advance tickets are available at the Association office on North Main Street in Fond du Lac, KFIZ and a number of area banks.
