Bucks Rally in 4th Quarter to win Game Four & Tie NBA Finals at 2 Games Apiece

NBA Finals – Game 4:

Milwaukee 109, Phoenix 103

–It wasn’t Giannis who had the 40-point night for the Bucks, but instead Khris Middleton who cashed with 40 points as the Bucks rallied to beat the Suns in Game Four of the NBA Finals Wednesday night in Milwaukee to even the series at two games apiece.

Middleton scored 40 points, had six rebounds and four assists to lead Milwaukee in the win. Giannis Antetokounmpo, who recorded back-to-back 40 point games in games two and three, scored 26 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to go along with eight assists.

The Greek Freak came up huge on the defensive end late in the game – blocking DeAndre Ayton’s potential game-tying bucket with 1:14 to play. Instead of being tied at 101, the Bucks outscored the Suns 8-to-4 from that point on to close out the win.

In all, Milwaukee outscored Phoenix in the fourth quarter 33-21 after being behind at the end of the third by an 82-76 margin.

Devin Booker led the Suns with 42 points on 17-of-28 shooting in the loss in game four. Jae Crowder added 15 points, while Ayton grabbed 17 rebounds but was held to just six points on the night.

With the series tied at two, either the Bucks or the Suns are now two wins away from an NBA Championship. Game Five is set for Saturday night in Phoenix – tipoff is 8 PM central time.
