SUV Crashes Into Attitude Sports

Friday got started with a bang…more like a crash. Fond du Lac PD was called out just before 3:15 a.m. Friday morning to Anytime Fitnes/Attitude Sports at 209 N. Macy St., where a Mercury Mariner made an unexpected visit into the building. The 34-year old female driver of the vehicle told officers she was leaving the area near Walgreens, located next door, and hit the gas instead of the brakes, driving over the curb and into the building. There were no apparent injuries, but there was damage done to the building.
