Car Crashes Into Building

On July 5^th at 12:03pm The Fond du Lac Sheriff’s Office along with Town of Calumet FD and FDL FD Paramedics responded to the Eden Grill at N7591 Taycheedah Way in the Township of Taycheedah. The call was that a vehicle had driven into the building.

Investigation showed that an 86 year old Evelyn Schuman of Fond du Lac drove her vehicle thru the west wall of the restaurant coming to rest inside the building. Her 83 year old husband was passenger in the vehicle as well. There were 6 customers and 5 employees in the restaurant at the time of the crash. No one inside the restaurant or vehicle was injured. The building sustained moderate structural damage. The crash remains under investigation by the Fond du Lac Sheriff’s Office.
