Car Involved In Fox River Mall Shooting Found, Police Still Looking To Speak To 17-Yr. Old

The car thought to be associated with yesterday’s shooting at the Fox River Mall was located Monday morning in Oshkosh. The blue Dodge Avenger was found outside a residence located in the 200 block of W. 20^th Ave., but police continue to look for a person of interest associated with the vehicle. Authorities are looking to make contact with 17-year old Dezman V. Ellis, who investigators say is considered armed and dangerous. Police say the shooting was targeted, with 19-year old Jovanni J. Frausto passing away as a result of shotgun wounds received in the incident. Another victim was transported to the hospital where they were treated for their wounds and released.
