Charter Adds 75 Call Center Jobs In FDL

Charter Communications is adding 75 new call center jobs in Fond du Lac, as part of the company’s plan to bring back jobs from overseas call centers. Statewide, the company seeks to add 200 new customer service positions during the first quarter of 2017 across its three call centers in Appleton, Fond du Lac and Milwaukee. State Senator Dan Feyen commended the company for its efforts to expand call center operations. Charter serves more than 775 Wisconsin communities. It has offices in 64 cities and employs more than 4,000 local residents.
