City Announces Short-Term Service Changes Being Implemented
The City of
step ahead of the coronavirus, while also attempting to continue the operations
of essential services. City Manager Joe Moore issued a statement yesterday,
spelling out the changes that have now been implemented.
Among the long list of
items that have been changed are minimized fire inspections that include at
risk occupancies. Exterior home
inspections will continue, however the Water Utility has eliminated
non-essential home visits for the time being. The Police Department Drug Drop
Box has been discontinue until further notice.
