City Council, County Board Candidates To Participate In Candidate Forum Tonight (3/22/22)

Envision Greater Fond du Lac will host a City Council and County Board Candidate Forum tonight, Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the City/County Building in the City Council Chambers.

Residents will hear from City Council candidates who are running for office from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., followed by those running for contested seats on the County Board from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. The event will be moderated by retired Fond du Lac County Judge, Gary Sharpe.

Questions for the candidates may be submitted via the “contact” form on the Envision Greater Fond du Lac website (located under the “About” tab).

Please note, City of Fond du Lac resident questions will be prioritized for City Council candidates and County resident questions will be prioritized for County Board candidates. Additionally, there is no guarantee that time will allow for all questions to be asked.

All candidates running for City Council or County Board were invited to participate in this forum. At the time of this release, only the candidates listed have agreed to participate.

Both forums will be in the City Council Chambers and candidates will be asked a series of questions as they pertain to topics facing our city and county. The gallery will be open to those who wish to attend in-person; however, space is limited to the first 40 people. The forum will also be simulcast on Government Channel 980.
