City, County Offices Closing for Christmas Holiday
In observance of the Christmas holiday, all Fond du Lac
city and county offices in the City/County Government Center will close at Noon
today and will be closed all day tomorrow (December 25th).
County offices closing at Noon today include the Department
of Community Programs, Department of Social Services, Veteran Services Office
and the UW-Extension office. The Sheriff’s lobby/records office closes at 11 am
today.
The City of Fond du Lac Municipal Service Center will close
at 11 am, with garbage and recycling collection running on its normal schedule
today. Garbage and recycling collection scheduled for Wednesday will be picked
up on Thursday.
Fond du Lac Area Transit will operate until Noon today and
will not operate on Wednesday. The Fond du Lac Senior Center and the Fond du
Lac Public Library will also be closed today and Wednesday.
The same offices will also close at Noon next Tuesday
(December 31st) and will be closed January 1st.
