Community Narcan Training Sessions Continue Around FDL County

Another round of Community Narcan Training Sessions is set
to begin this week. The Fond du Lac County Health Department and Drug Free
Communities of Fond du Lac County are hosting the trainings in communities
around the area. People who use opioids or heroin or know someone who does are
welcome to attend to learn how to safely use Narcan– a medication that can
reverse an opioid overdose. Attendees will receive a free Narcan kit, which
includes two doses of Narcan. The first training session is being held Tuesday
at 6 pm at the old American Eagle storefront in the Forest Mall in Fond du Lac.
RSVP is not required, but people who wish to do so, or want more information
can call the health department at 920-929-3085.
