Confirmed COVID-19 Cases Top 500 In FDL County, Negative Now 13,301

The COVID-19 pandemic hit Wisconsin back in March, and it took almost 3 months for Fond du Lac County to report 240 cases of coronavirus. It’s taken a little over 6 weeks for the county to double that number. The latest numbers released Monday afternoon now show 501 confirmed cases, with 64 active cases, and 431 recovered cases. The negative tests continue to increase as well, now totaling 13,301. With the always-popular Eden Fireman’s Picnic set to go off this weekend, and the 14-day window about to expire on the recently completed FDL County Fair, it’s safe to say many local health experts will be watching the test results even more closely.
